Guido Mallardi (resident at Flat 1, 30 Osterley Park View Road, London, W7 2HH) will be what is refer to as your ‘Controller’ and ‘Processor’ of the personal data you provide in the event you register to his newsletter or use the contact form to provide information about yourself or your child. What is needed
Unless otherwise agreed by you, only basic data will be obtained about you or your child (if you wish our service outlined in this website to be provided to your child). In addition to basic data, knowing the instrument you/your child play/s and at what level will be needed (when this applies). Such data will be stored in Guido Mallardi’s pc and mobile phone.
In regard to the newsletter, your name, surname (or those of your child if you are requiring our services for him/her) and email address, (your or your child’s) field of interest and your consent are needed. Such data will be stored in Guido Mallardi’s pc.
Why it is needed
Your personal data are needed in order to provide you with the services you have engaged Guido Mallardi for. He will not collect any personal data from you that are not needed.

All the personal data collected will be used only by Guido Mallardi to contact you in regard to his services, for invoicing purposes and to send you his newsletter (if you have given your consent from the web form).

Children
Guido Mallardi’s service is directed to people older than 5. However, personal information from children under 18 will not be collected on purpose. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without such parent or guardian’s consent, they should contact us immediately. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our database.
